Learnings

Lots of learnings but Here's some of the most important things I have learnt!

When an existing product is being reworked, the technology train may have left the station a long time ago

Business needs, fueled by prior investments, can also drive the technology train, leaving UX scrambling to adapt. This highlights the potential tug-of-war between functionality, user needs, and business constraints. It underscores the critical need for early and continuous collaboration between design, engineering, and business teams to ensure seamless product development that prioritizes all stakeholders' needs.

Why "Why?" is the best tool at your disposal

Employing the skill of questioning "Why?" for every detail is deemed one of the most crucial abilities. Although direct interaction with end-users was not part of my role, comprehending and empathizing with users posed challenges. Nevertheless, consistently asking "Why?" to oneself and engaging with stakeholders remains an effective strategy to enhance understanding.

Project management skills goes beyond organizing tasks and timelines.

Effective project management is not just about timelines and deliverables; it's about fostering collaboration, managing resources efficiently, and adapting to change seamlessly.
